4. Power Nap

A power nap is a short nap, usually lasting 20-30 minutes, that can help you recharge your batteries and increase productivity. It's important to make sure that the nap doesn't disrupt your sleep cycle.


5.Deep Work

Deep work is a term coined by author cal Newport to describe focused, distraction-free work that requires intense concentration. The idea is that by eliminating distractions and working on tasks that require deep thingking and focus, you can make produce higher quality work and accomplish more in less time.

This technique involves breaking work into intervals, usually 25 minutes long, followed by a short break. After four intervals, take a longer break. This can help you stay focused and avoid the burnout


7. Time blocking

Time blocking involves scheduling specific blocks of time for certain tasks or activities. This can help you stay organized and avoid wasting time
